Palliative Care

Palliative, or ‘end of life’ care, can be a difficult time for everyone involved, which is why it’s more important than ever that the person in question is receiving the best care possible. Our compassionate team provide not only medical care but emotional care and are on hand to support and help in any way we can.

Specialist Dementia Care

At Milton Grange, we make sure our staff are specially trained and our premises is adapted for residents in need of specialist care. As well as Dementia, our team offer support and care for hearing impairments, Parkinson’s disease, speech impairments, strokes and visual impairments.

Respite Care

As well as long term care, Milton Grange is also equipped for those in need of short term, respite care, whether it be residential, nursing or dementia care. Residents are welcome for days or weeks, rather than months, and we are pleased to offer a commitment free trial period so families and residents can decide whether our home is for them.

Residential Care

Residential care offers assistance to those in need of support with day to day activities such as eating, washing and getting around the home. Extending to those who are capable of these things but are in need of a little extra support due to frailty.

Nursing Care

Relating to those suffering with mental and physical conditions or disabilities, nursing care applies to residents who require specific treatment or care up to 24 hours a day. As well as Dementia, this level of care can be suited to those with long term illnesses, post-surgery and rehabilitation stays.

Care of the Younger Person

As well as providing all aspects of specialist and residential care, we’re equipped for the Care of the Younger Person as needed with communal areas and events that will maintain their independence and support in their social development.
